Exeter Machine Learning Summer School

Your gateway to AI innovation and excellence

We are pleased to present the Exeter Machine Learning Summer School, an intensive two-week programme designed to give students a strong foundation in modern machine learning, from core principles through to current research directions.

Over two weeks, participants will work through topic areas spanning the full breadth of modern machine learning, from foundational methods such as supervised and unsupervised learning, through to cutting-edge subjects including large language models, generative AI, and ethical and explainable AI. Each topic is delivered through a combination of lectures and hands-on practical sessions, giving participants both the conceptual grounding and the applied skills to tackle real-world problems.

Programme timeline

Application deadline:  Friday 12 June 2026 (11:59pm)
