Mr Joseph Billingsley is a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science. He is supervised by Professor Geyong Min and Dr Ke Li. His research focuses on the development of novel algorithms to solve the Network Function Virtualisation Resource Allocation (NFV-RA) problem.
He completed his BSc at the University of Birmingham where he worked on implementing Providence, a program which uses multi-objective evolutionary algorithms for Software Effort Estimisation (SEE).
He finds it odd that everyone writes their profile in the third person but is rolling with it anyway. He looks like that photo on the right but usually with a bit less hair. If you need to find him at a conference, try the bar.
