Ravi Pandit received his PhD (2019) from the Electronics and Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom. He obtained his Bachelor (Electrical Engineering) and Master (Instrumentation Engineering) from Jadavpur University (2005-2009) and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (2009-2011)  respectively.  He is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI) of the Computer Science Department of the University of Exeter. His research interests includes the application of data-driven science applications for industrial applications such as condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, big data computation, Asset management, forecasting and prediction. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed international journals with particular focus on data-driven frameworks design relating to offshore wind.  Prior to that, he worked as Research Associate (2019-2020) on the ROMEO project and was a Marie Curie Fellow (2016-2019) working on AWESOME project. Ravi, also worked as assistant professor for more than 4 years (2011-2016) where he used to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to electrical, electronics and instrumentation areas at Jadavpur University and Vellore Institute of Technology Vellore respectively.
